My name is Vicki and welcome to Hazeley Counselling, based in the village of Hartley Wintney, in Hampshire.
Sometimes life can feel confusing, overwhelming, frantic and counselling can be a useful tool for untangling difficult thoughts and feelings. Counselling is based on building a trusting relationship and can help support you to make positive decisions.
Counselling for adults
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and I am trained to help with issues such as anxiety, low mood, eating bereavement, self confidence, self-harm, family and relationship issues amongst other things.
Counselling for young people
Adolescence is a time when young people’s patterns of thought and behaviour are developing, and defining what sort of adult they will become. Counselling can help to develop healthier mental processes and improve confidence and self esteem to take young people into their adult life.
Feel Good. For Good
In addition to my counselling services, I am working with a certified Nutrition Coach, to offer the Feel Good For Good programme. Our unique approach, combines counselling and nutrition support, helping you uncover and address emotions that drive your eating habits and create sustainable changes that support long term health.
